This year-long survey (2013-2014) was conducted among 25,000+ customers departing from San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport. The survey focused on transportation choices for traveling to and from the airports. Surveying was conducted overwhelmingly (90%+) via intercept on tablet computers.
Data derived from the survey was used to support airport access modeling, physical planning, marketing, and public information initiatives.
